How do I place an Order?

Great stuff lets get these products on the way to you!  To place an order you can simply click on the Online Order section within our website or you can place an order via e-mail at if either of these options dont work for you, please call our switchboard on 0370 350 0988 selecting opt 1 and one of our team will assist with your call.

Why do I need my waste to be managed?  
Legislation requirements mean we are required to deal with the removal of waste correctly.  All businesses who create waste need a professional company to carry our waste removal to avoid Fines or prosecution.

When are you open?

Our general office opening hours are 09.00-17.00 Mon-Fri   

What areas do you cover?

We predominantly cover the West Midlands and East Midlands but also cover other areas, please email our sales team who can discuss your requirements with you

Can I have additional collections/change my frequency?

No probelm at all! if you feel your service is not working for you, have a chat with one of our Sales team via who will be more than happy to take a look at your account and go through these changes with you.

Will COVID affect my collections?

Absolutley not we are trained in this area to work with the customer and their requirements in the safest way possible, whatever arrangments suit you best Trust Hygiene will be flexible around this to ensure we can continue to carry out your waste collection.

Do you work Bank Holidays?

We make collections services and deliveries every day of the year with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day, if you are unable to have a collection service or delivery on Bank Holidays please let us know at

Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes we do ask that you sign a contract prior to starting our services, it adds in security for both parties and confirmation you have agreed we can supply our services to you.

What is a Waste Transfer note/Duty of Care note?

A Waste Transfer Note/Duty of Care note is a document that details the transfer of waste from one company to another, this is a legal requirement to ensure we can trace where the waste is produced to where it is disposed of.
